Welcome to Massage Garage NWA. Rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit with one of our massages. Our massage techniques reverse the negative effects of every day stress, repair damaged muscles, and reduce pain throughout your body. Based in Northwest Arkansas and serving all of Benton & Washington Counties we use a range of massage techniques that improve circulation, detoxify your body, relieve tension, improve digestion, enhance muscle tone, and increase mental alertness. We hope you allow us to create a renewed sense of emotional well-being in your spirit.

Deep Tissue Masasge

Deep Tissue Massage is beneficial in releasing long lasting or chronic muscle tension by focusing on the fibers and layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding bones, joints and muscles). The result is the removal of tension and pain from muscle triggers, and the realigning of a multitude of layers.

Sports Massage

The application of common massage techniques, range of motion protocols, and strength-training elements to help an athlete reach predetermined goals is what Sports Massage Therapy is all about. We tailor the specific regimen and technique to the athlete and their sport of choice. We focus heavily on the athlete’s most overused and stressed areas of the body.

Swedish Massage

Swedish massage probably is one the most widely known and accepted massage therapies found around the word. This type of bodywork is primarily used to soften the client’s body and provide rest and relaxation. Swedish massage prioritizes manipulation of the muscles which stimulats blood flow, improves mobility, circulation and provides deep relaxation.

Trigger Point Massage

Fascia or soft tissue is prevalent inside the body where it covers and protects major organs, muscles, nerves, and blood vessels. Myofascia is soft tissue covering the muscles and can become stressed from overuse or torn through trauma. If this trauma or overuse is extensive, painful adhesions can form which prevents muscles from functioning properly. These adhesions are called trigger points and is the focus of Trigger Point Massage.

Cranial Sacral Massage

The goal of cranial sacral therapy is simply to restore the natural position of the bones to reduce stress from chronic injuries. This therapy when done correctly can eliminate migraines, lessen unbearable neck and back pain, and relieve TMJ or temporomandibular joint disorder, which is the inflammation of the joint that connects the lower jaw and skull.

Stretching Massage

Fascial Stretch Therapy also known as (FST) is an effective tool for providing flexibility, range of motion, pain relief and relieving knots in the muscular tissue. Therapeutic Body Stretching involves stretching a muscle, tendon, and / or connective tissue with the purpose of improving muscle elasticity, range of motion, and flexibility.
